Validera was created by Žydrūnas Andruška, founder of Litpersona, after 10 years of supplying Lithuanian construction workers to projects across Denmark.

Over that time, Litpersona worked with more than 100 Danish clients and supplied Lithuanian workers to several hundred project sites. On many sites, the documentation of the workers we supplied was reviewed by 3F during site visits and documentation requests.

Worker setup type determines which CPR, skattekort, EU residence document, RUT registration, housing, overenskomst and certificate checks apply. A posted worker with A1+EHIC follows a different verification logic than an EU resident applying for CPR and SIRI registration.
